Our tailored approach gives you full control over the design elements, ensuring a perfect match for your aesthetic
What to Expect
When placing a special order with Onyx France, Inc., we guide you through every step of the process. From the initial design consultation to sourcing the perfect stone, we ensure a seamless experience. You’ll receive lot photos for approval, along with sampling options, so you can be confident in your selection. Our goal is to bring your vision to life with precision and excellence.
Special Order Details:
I have read and accept the following terms:
Lead time is approximately 90-120 days from receipt of a 50% deposit or full prepayment, depending on your terms. Lot photo approval is required and subject to port congestion. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon the material’s arrival at Onyx France.
Special orders are final sale—no cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Pricing is valid for 30 days.
- Minimum order: 50 sq. ft. for mosaics and 100 sq. ft. for tiles.
- Material details: Please specify size and finish.
- Mosaic orders: Provide a photo & size, or line drawing.
- Future quantity: Please indicate expected future square footage.
Orders must be shipped within one week of arrival. A storage fee of $10 per pallet per day will apply thereafter
